Just a few words to describe me: enjoy music, sports and being outdoors, love my children, devoted to the Gospel, good friend, compassionate, and giving.

Whether it is hiking in the woods, taking a stroll along the beach or simply playing Frisbee at the park, I enjoy the outdoors and especially the Pacific Northwest.

Music has always been a source of joy, inspiration, and comfort. Playing an instrument may not be my forte, but singing, dancing, listening to music and attending small venue concerts are favored activities.

Although I have lived in the suburbs much of my life, there is still a bit of the country girl in me. I am a blue jeans kind of girl that appreciates opportunities to dress up.

Many aspects of my life are pretty organized but moments of spontaneity are a very welcomed distraction.

I have six amazingly wonderful children--a daughter who is married, a son on a mission, and two boys and two girls still at home. Doing things as a family are important to me but so are opportunities for adult interaction.

I consider myself a good friend that knows how to listen and is trustworthy and compassionate. My sense of humor is balanced with the ability to be serious and to honestly communicate. My adventurous spirit and zest for life keeps things interesting.
