Hello, my name is Randy and I’m going to give this a try. I don’t often get to meet new LDS people so in an attempt to do everything I can possibly do to meet someone new…I’ll try this.
I'm initially a socially shy person who is looking for an intelligent, motivate and considerate woman; someone who has goals, dreams and passions of their own. I’m searching for a daughter of God who has a strong testimonyn) of the gospel and lives the standards. I appreciate women who are up-front and open with their feelings and thoughts (whether they are good or otherwise). I work as a Correctional Officer (the police inside a prison) for the state of Oregon, which has taught me to be patient and understanding. I love to make people laugh when I can and enjoy keeping a light mood in the air.
It’s really hard to put a brief description of yourself without rambling or sounding too full of yourself. I know that I am not a perfect person (I haven’t been translated yet) but I am someone who is constantly working on self-improvement (physically, socially, spiritually or intellectually). I no longer have the six-pack abs, so if you’re the type of person who places THAT as the highest priority in finding an eternal companion then I’m not for you (and I would suggest repentance). I am someone who is able to have fun in some of the simplest things in life such as taking a walk outside or listening to a good book. I also am a former college athlete who can have fun doing some of the tougher things in life ie: bench pressing 300 plus pounds, playing sports and or just doing other wholesome activities. I have 5 college degrees (BA, AA’s x (3), AAS) and no debt. I made the mistake in my youth of putting my education and FUTURE plans of supporting a family (obtaining a career) ahead of my social / dating life while I was going through college instead of heeding the counsel of the brethren and seeking an eternal companion first. Turns out I don’t know everything…I’m not always right and I know it.
Well, if you’d care to get to know more about me I’d love to hear from you!!
