I'm hesitant about on line dating but I rather be proactive in life than simply wait for opportunity to knock on my door. Besides I like surprises and hopefully something pleasant will come out of this ;)

Hmm where to start..... Well I am 100 % MEXICANA native born, raised in Philly and now loving Utah as my new home.

I'm 5'1 and have heard all the jokes ever made about short people so I have willingly self proclaimed myself travel size.

I'm ambitious and determined to accomplish certain goals I have set and every day I challenge myself to do more, to live with purpose and progress in mind, body and spirit. I consider myself a strong, independent and opinionated woman which can be a bit of a handful but I think its part of my sassy charm ;)

As a Philly girl now certifiably Utahan I still can't seem to adopt the quiet, docile and submissive role but am nice enough to warn you beforehand so neither one of us wastes our time if that's what you prefer.

I believe we should have the freedom to express ourselves even if we don't agree with one another. Communication can be difficult to master but as long as there is mutual respect and a willingness to learn together, differing perspectives can keep a relationship interesting and exciting!

I'm passionate by nature and so I approach love, work and life with the same zealous dedication to enjoy it to the fullest.

I'm more than a little busy with my profession and a few hobbies. I work with victims of domestic violence & sexual assault which keeps me humble and grateful for the blessings in my life and so I recognize the need and responsibility to help those who feel broken and forgotten.

Although I deal with some fairly heavy issues I'm really quite light hearted and extremely playful. I try to find pleasure in things and can easily enjoy a cultural evening strolling through an art museum, working out at the gym together, or some simple down time snuggling on the couch with a good show and a box of pizza. So, from heels, to running shoes, to my favorite fuzzy lounge socks, I believe joy should be found in all our moments and we should make time to make memories in spite of our hectic schedules.

I will admit that I am a hopeless romantic and am praying to find the type of love that was shared generations ago by our great grandparents that lasted a lifetime. From butterflies to loss of breath after every kiss, I haven't given up on the idea that soul mates exist and true love is worth fighting for.

I love the Gospel and live my life in hopes that a good man with a kind heart and the same values will eventually be emotionally, mentally and spiritually capable of loving a dynamic, passionate, zealous and tenacious little brown girl from the East ;)
