I believe I would have better fit in back in the '40's and '50's when life was a tad bit simplier, including the whole meeting and dating thing. The whole internet dating thing is interesting but a little confusing..because it presents hundreds of options..and while options are always good, its hard to choose from so many good options!
A little about me...I live in Arlington, Virgina and currently work as a political consultant in health care. Prior to that I worked for 8 years as a lobbyist for the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to my job as a lobbyist I worked as an aide to a US Senator. Prior to that, I lived in SLC and did stints with the Utah Jazz, the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and the Mormon Youth Chorus. I have seen and been a part of some neat experiences. As I recently told a friend, if I died tomorrow I would have already done and seen more things that most people ever get do in a their lifetimes. Some of my favorites: SuperBowl, Kentucky Derby, Presidential Inauguaral Ball, sing in a General Conference, ride in a nuclear submarine...and a grip of choice rock concerts, plays and Black Tie affairs...to name a few. I've been very blessed in the "getting to do neat things" department.
I Attended Ricks College, USU and the University of Utah. I am a RABID UofU fan---GO UTES!!
I like most food, golf, all sports, politics, rock concerts, the Symphony, going to the movies (especially comedies), jumping on a plane and going somewhere, a nice hike, bowling, a good game of poker with friends, a roaring campfire and going out and socializing (a reception, dinner, dance...whatever). I do alot of entertaining as part of my work so I get out and around the town quite a bit.
I have never been arrested, have no outstanding warrants and I love my momma. I have all my shots and don't bite. I am an excellent driver as well as conversationalist. Sarcasm and laughter, in addition to intellectual stimulation (yes-they do mix) are my emotional staples.
Not really expecting much out LDSSO. I've been hanging out here for quite a while now. But I at least can look my Bishop in the eye and tell him I'm trying. Have a wonderful day!!
