What do you say that hasn't already been said before? I could say that I'm super amazing, but then I come off a little too confident (even though I totally am). But you don't want to sell yourself too short either by saying too little. Maybe if this was a car commercial, I would say I'm a 1980s classic with original paint. Or if this was an infomercial, I would say that I cook and clean and mow the lawn all while tuning the banjo and that this is an exclusive, limited time offer (because infomercials are always a limited time offer). Either way, if you can't tell, I have a fun sense of humor. I like to playfully banter.
Anyway, more about me. (Talking about oneself makes one feel a little self-centered, but if I don't talk about myself, then you'll never figure out who I am.) So, here goes...
I'm an intermediate outdoor enthusiast-I like hikes, but I'm not going on a 40 mile forest march any time soon. I love camping in a tent in the woods or near the ocean. I volunteer as a day camp counselor every summer just so I can spend some time in the woods and I love teaching the kids outdoor skills. I enjoy the beaches of Washington and Oregon, especially when it's raining. I love the rain! Can you tell I'm a born and raised Washingtonian? That's not to say that I would mind a nice tropical beach. I haven't traveled outside of the country yet, but I would love to go to Europe for the architecture and history, or somewhere tropical just for fun.
I like the excitement of a night on the town, but I also deeply enjoy a quiet night at home, cuddling and watching movies or just talking.
I'm always up for trying something new. As a result of that adventurous spirit, I've gone rock climbing in Alaska, and I've gone to a rifle range to shoot an AR-15 and an AK-47.
Now, I'm going to be serious here for a minute. I'm a convert of 7 years and would like to find someone who is as strong in the Gospel as I am. A Temple marriage is very important to me and so is creating an eternal family. You may have noticed that my profile says that I'm divorced and while that is true, it was a civil marriage, not a Temple marriage. So maybe that might make a difference as you consider me, but maybe not. Either way its a part of who I am.
Please don't be shy. Feel free to send me a message any time. And PS. I don't play the banjo. I just threw that in for fun.
