One could describe me as equally comfortable in high heels and hiking boots. If it involves being outside, I will probably do it, whether it's hiking, biking, camping, climbing, skiing, or just plain getting dirty.
I'm currently temporarily living in Norway doing research for my graduate degree. Do you want to learn about the relationship between foreign investment, development, and corruption? I'm your gal! I love living in this beautiful country and getting to know the great people here. I enjoy trying to speak Norwegian, although my language ability is far from perfect. On a day-to-day basis, I get my biggest kicks out of exploring the hills surrounding Bergen (they call them mountains here) and trying out new recipes on my roommate and friends. Recent culinary endeavors have included wild mushroom soup (with mushrooms I picked myself), homemade granola, honningkake, and good, old-fashioned chili.
I am looking for someone who knows himself well, enjoys life and learning, is open to adventure, communicates openly, and treats others with kindness.
Living the gospel is an integral part of my life, but I prefer having discussions about that aspect of my life one on one. I'd be happy to talk to you individually about the things that are most important to me. :)
