Hello, I'm Melanie. The most important things in my life are my relationships with Heavenly Father and my family. I've been a librarian for a few years now, but that doesn't mean I shush people or read books all day (I wish!). I do enjoy imaginative/uplifting stories (in books, movies, or people telling them), laughing, hiking, and trying new food or new places.

A few things that fascinate me are architecture (my bachelor's degree), art, history, non-confrontational politics, other cultures, understanding people, and seeing the miracles of the Gospel in my life.

Sports are great as long as my team doesn't mind playing with a klutz. Sometimes I can be reserved, but I also genuinely enjoy getting to know people and have a goofy sense of humor. I have an overactive imagination and often say unintentionally funny things.
