I grew up as the middle of five kids in the southeastern United States. I studied sociology and creative writing at Brigham Young University, where I graduated from in 2008. I am an accounting assistant at an engineering firm. I handle payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the like. I am also in the final stages of publishing my first novel, "Across Carina." I am happiest when I satisfy both my analytical and creative sides.
With that said, I enjoy creative writing, movies, concerts, being outside (I feed off the sun), playing board and card games, people watching, reading, my gun, comedy clubs, dreams, and exchanging theories. I haven't traveled enough and have therefore begun planning a 2015 trip to Italy. I am always open to trying new things, but am most fulfilled by connecting with people on a deeper level.
I am honest, especially in relationships. Despite what people claim, this is not everyone's cup of tea. I take what my partners say to me at face value, and I therefore expect them to be frank about their emotions. I know who I am, what I want, what I think, what I feel, and how it's all connected. I am looking for a man who is just as self aware. I believe that having disagreements is a given; I do not, however, believe in arguing. Honesty can still come with kindness and respect, and if two people know how to effectively communicate, then anything can be discussed and resolved.
Life can't be all serious or all fun. I love balance when it's achieved.
I enjoy personality tests. Here are some results: According to The Color Code, I am exactly half red and half blue. My top two Love Languages are quality time and physical touch.
