I love the arts. I'm an architect and a pretend painter. I love live jazz, dance, art museums, theater, you name it. And I like movies as long as they're not too stupid. I like things that expand my mind and enrich my life.
I love outdoors stuff. Hiking, biking, backpacking, skate skiing. If it gives me quiet moments in nature then I'm all for it. The best nature moments require some effort...like seeing mountain goats at sunset on my favorite mountain pass. It's not the same as the zoo.
I live in Jackson Hole. I spend a lot of time in Denver (for work) and Salt Lake (visiting my three awesome kids). I am interested in getting to know people and making friends. Be fun and don't be looking for marriage by next week. :). I don't need a million friends. I'd prefer a few close ones.
Random facts: I love Moby Dick and Walt Whitman. I see bears every year. I'm really close to my kids. My faith runs deep. I'm a bit liberal for a Mormon (just lost half the crowd) because of the artistic experiences that have shaped me. I'm not judgmental. I'm a nice guy, thoughtful, quiet unless you get me on the right subject. Passionate about my interests. I want to be happy.
