Humorous, determined, and looking for a forever Friend. The other comes with time. Kind of an ironic thing as this is still part of eternity. I don't expect to learn everything about someone in this life, something to look forward too.
The Gospel has saved my sanity and my family. I would not be writing this if it weren't for the love of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. We are making great strides there as we work on family gospel principals.
Me I,m hunkered down learning the ropes as a single dad with 4 (bgbg 17,13,10,8) kids a English bulldog (with the selective hearing of a teenager), and a rather interesting Border collie/Pit bull mix. I also take care of my stubborn, active 76 yr. old dad and his 70 yr. baby sister.
I have lots of interests, none that drag me from my kids (except work, I locate underground utilities).
My oldest son has the mission vision as he finishes his Eagle. My beautiful redhead is a joy and seems to be on her way to her own testimony. My youngest boy the adhd budding mechanic is to much like me. The parental curse. Then there's the baby just baptized 2 months ago. and the bouncing spirit of joy.
As for myself. I am a survivor. I get knocked down and get back up. I'm still moving forward. The only thing I'm more proud of than my kids is my short time in the Marine Corps.
Patriotic political correctness rarely raises its ugly head and I will speak out for my country and beliefs. My testimony has been tested and strengthened and I look forward to growing in the Gospel.
I can do friendship in spades, good listener and supporter who also has superman t-shirt. ( will fix it or help as much as possible)
