*I love living...despite all the challenges I've faced in life, it constantly surprises me with something beautiful.

*I love to have people around me. I'm fun (I hope)...I enjoy laughing.

*I love sports, not-so-much watching them on television but getting outdoors and playing them.

*I'm honest to a fault. I hold nothing back...so keep that in mind.

*I love reading...Mostly fiction and some science fiction..I'm a nerd like that...deal.

*I enjoy people who have a passion for anything...life is about passions and how we deal with adversity. It doesn't really matter what you're passionate about. As long as there's something.

*My own passions include family, reading, my pets, learning new things, stretching the imagination, live theater (preferably musicals), being a hopeless romantic, and spending time with people I care about.

*I come with the 'divorced' tag...If that's something you're unable to deal with, I understand, just know you're missing out because I really am a great guy. I have no problems discussing anything that occurred in my previous marriage or the reasons it ended. If you're curious...ask.

I was born and raised in the church and when I joined the marines years ago I fell away for far longer than I like to admit. I've always had a strong testimony but the active practice of my faith was difficult at times. I have dealt with many of my own personal issues regarding the Gospel and I've found that my faith is stronger than ever.

Family is extremely important to me and I can't wait to find the right person to start an eternal family with. I am proud of my faith and constantly striving to improve myself in that area (let's face it...we're not perfect). I am grateful for the opportunities that I've been given to find my way back to the church.

Every Sunday I get together with my family and we all hang out at my parents pool. BBQ, playing in the pool and just lounging around in the sun after church. Beyond that I'm a typical guy when it comes to being entertained. I enjoy all forms of outdoor activities and playing sports. I was an Eagle Scout so when it comes to the outdoors stuff I absolutely love it.

I constantly enjoy learning and experiencing new things. I'm willing to try most things once and consider myself pretty adventurous.

Living life is like writing your own book. I want my story to be as full as possible. I'm curious what life has in store for me next.
