Greetings!

The gospel plays a major role in my life. I have been a member of the church since I was eleven. My journey has not always been a smooth ride but my hopeful destination remains the same.

Family and interacting together as a family is one of my greatest joys. I have three grown children, a daughter and two sons, and six grandchildren, 3 granddaughters and 3 grandsons. Most of my family lives within Texas. I am a registered nurse and work as an occupational health nurse for a large chemical company. I absolutely love my job! I still enjoy taking classes and hope to complete my PhD by this time next year. I have taught nursing in the past and hope to teach nursing part time again someday. I enjoy travel and I have visited many countries including France where my older son served a mission. There are several places I would still like to see!

I am very active and enjoy the outdoors. I love animals. I like working in the yard but I have not had a garden since my children were small. My personality is that of a nurturer (ISFJ). I am normally risk adverse but since life is a journey not a guided tour and have decided to take a few chances!

Although my life is good, I think that meeting that ‘special someone’ to share my life with could make it great!
