Hey y'all. What's crack-a-lackin'?
Rule #1 in dating: I have confidence in me! I'm a little troubled by all these "I only came on here because my mom told me to..." type introductions on people's profiles. If you're striving to live the Gospel and an eternal family is your goal, then you're an awesome person and if someone on here doesn't recognize that, then that's THEIR loss! Don't forget that.
I'm somewhat of a nerd. I love watching old episodes of The Simpsons, Futurama, and Mystery Science Theater 3000. I'm not much into videogames, following sports, or watching TV. Most of my free time is spent outside, as I'm an avid hiker and I love to travel and explore new places, see new sights and take in new experiences. Photography, blogging, running, lifting, swimming (I'm a dismal swimmer, but it's fun to get wet!), biking and (of course) hiking are my pastimes of choice.
So, I have BS in Civil Engineering from BYU (2010) and an MS in Engineering Management from ERAU (2015). I served in the Army for five years, and spent most of my time in New Mexico. I got out in October and moved to Kansas City to take a job as an architectural engineer. It's neat work! I served a mission in Uruguay (2005-2007) and have a great love for Latin American culture and the Spanish language. Por cierto, si entiendes ésto, ya tienes un punto a tu favor!
You’ll win major points with me if you know the meaning behind "KILO7451175" (note: that's super-important!) I think intelligence, low-maintenance, independence, assertiveness, patience, wisdom, kindness and honesty are all super-attractive traits.
I’m very open and candid. I won’t pretend to be someone else to get people to like me. What you see is what you get. So, if you like what you see, don’t be afraid to contact me. I’m always down for meeting new people, as it is a great excuse to travel!
