Hi, my name is John. I am again living in NY where I am originally from after returning from working overseas for over 16 years. I love the outdoors, riding my motorcycle, and exercising. I am a polite, quiet, hard-working, respectful, affectionate and caring man. I converted in Oct 2009. I count my many blessings since joining the Church. I hope to meet a down-to-earth, faithful woman with like interests who is Temple worthy.

I am very health and weight conscious. I exercise every day except the Sabbath. I would prefer a like-minded companion.

I like the simple things in life. I consider myself very passionate. I wish that also in my companion. I like to show affection. I love hugs, cuddling and kissing. I have a decent sense of humor. I do not like strife, crowds or loud noise. I do like my alone time from time to time, but don't like to be lonely and yearn for a partner.

I am retired from the USMC. I also worked for NATO 12 yrs. I am currently semi-retired. I am financially stable. I have traveled quite a bit in the States, Europe and Far East but I would trade it all to have been happily married in one place these last 30+ yrs.

I am twice divorced, unfortunately, both before I found the gospel. I have learned from both experiences and with the Lord's help, vow not to make the same mistakes. I have 2 kids from my first (30 and 32 yrs old), a 7 yr old from my last, and 2 granddaughters with another on the way. I am blessed that we all have a good relationship and keep in regular contact.

I pray for help from Heavenly Father to guide me and in help finding my eternal companion. I try to live a righteous life in order to be worthy of the Holy Spirit's guidance. I pay a full tithe, pray daily, follow the Word of Wisdom and attend Sacrament Mtg regularly. I love attending the Temple and am blessed that Palmyra Temple is only one hour away.
