I’ll quit being dumb.
I like to have fun and laugh lots because I love life (minor alliteration). Don’t click that (SPA( span)back button too fast, though; I understand the importance of tact and timing (SPAn style="font-weight:bold;")as well. In general, I’m a goal oriented, fun-loving, outgoing, hardworking, sincere, loyal, and passionate person. I love people and I love being active—physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’m always up for an adventure and for trying new things. Music plays a huge role in my life as well.
I’m looking for someone who loves God more than they love me. The gospel is everything to me and I’m looking for the kind of person who feels the same way. After that, I’m looking for a best friend—someone whom I enjoy just being in their company and with whom I can have good, meaningful conversation. If this feels like you, and you haven’t already been scared away by the preceding paragraphs, then let's give it a shot and get to know each other. After all, it can’t get worse from where we already are or we wouldn’t be on this website… :P
PS I'm a Junior at BYUH studying conflict mediation and looking to go into business consulting. I might go into family and marriage mediation too, but we'll see. I'm for sure not planning on being homeless though... :P
HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE CHURCH:
The gospel is everything to me. I actively strive to understand and incorporate aspects of the gospel in my life everyday. If that comes off self-righteous, I apologize and add that I mean that in the most humble way I could possibly say it. I have come to love the Savior and I just want to do my best to be the best I can for Him. I strongly believe that the Savior's teachings are the only permanent thing that we can rely on. The restored gospel is the ONLY way to LASTING happiness--the only "sure foundation...whereon if men build they cannot fall" (Helaman 5:12). For this reason I wish to found my life, my marriage, and my family on the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.
WHAT I DO FOR FUN:
When I can, I love to do spontaneous and creative things. I'm almost always up for an adventure. I love trying new things and I especially love cultural experiences. On a more regular basis, I like running/exercising, hiking, singing, camping, dancing, going to the beach, playing soccer, reading, cooking, and being outside. Not necessarily in that order though... :P I'm also looking to get into international travel.
