You see here a Montana man, born and raised. I love dreaming and living under the big sky, and am grateful for the opportunity to protect the communities I cherish. I enjoy the craft of writing a great deal, and am beginning in an effort to make that my full-time employment. Until that goal is reached, I am happy to bear a badge with honor.
I'm a big man, and will admit that I've been overweight since a shoulder operation several years ago. I have reached the point where I have a fire back in me to be healthy and the athlete that I was in college (albeit more trim). For that reason, I have recently started up crossfit: A) because it is murder in the form of exercise (and it is time to put the natural man in his grave), and B) I am much more dedicated and driven by being held accountable to my trainers. They smile, I grimace, but we are all victorious. I consider it a fair trade.
My folks will tell you that I was a stubborn handful (actually, an armful...okay, okay! Two armfuls!), but I did get two of their teachings right: "Do hard things," and "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right." I strive to live by those words, and give that same effort in relationships with the people I care about.
If you don't message, but would still like to strike up some communication, feel free to flirt, comment, punch, dropkick, or employ some other form of unconventional introduction, and we'll figure it out from there.
