I'm Peter. These greeting messages are funny. Everyone writes the same things; they feel awkward with online dating, they don't know how to describe themselves, and absolutely everyone says they love the great outdoors and also like quiet evenings at home cuddling. I am no different, but I do understand the difficulty of the different situations we find ourselves in. Divorced Parent or Never Married and Childless. Fresh out of High School and excited for a serious adult relationship or a bit over the hill and wanting to feel young again. Regardless of the differences we all write the same things, because we all strive to make a good first impression by balancing being honest with putting our best foot forward. Trouble is my personal experience has taught me that first impressions are usually the wrong impression. Yet even with this realization I too find myself making snap decisions and judgements based on what will turn out to be superficial. But with so many books and so little time a lot of books are going to get judged by their covers.
SO instead of just trying to write down what I think or hope I'm like, I'll just write what I actually do.
11/27 today I am making some old fashioned wooden toys for my nephews and nieces for Christmas, should have started on them earlier. Also need to build a doll house. I don't know the first thing about how thats done so I'm just going to build a house I would like, but smaller...
5/20 Wow long time since I looked at this. The dollhouse went over well, too well, now other nieces have used their adorableness to request dollhouses of their own. So started on some more, though one of them turned into a bunny hutch before the end. It's now home to a little black lion bunny. Funniest thing, it will only play with my niece, everybody else will get scratched.
