I was born into the Church, for which I'm thankful.
I'm now looking for a good friend and companion. I'd like to meet someone who wants to get out and take photo trips and fish and even target practice.
Eventually a companion that I can treat with respect and admiration. Someone to enjoy time and life with. Someone who can 'shout out in joy' once in awhile but may also appreciate and enjoy the comfort and joy that quietness with a companion can entail.
I'm looking for a woman in my life that has the ability to sit back relax, enjoy life, while learning about each other and enjoying each others company (and new things) all the while discovering new places and the new things that life offers, together, such as discovering the next peak and maybe the peak beyond that, in this great country. I'm looking for a team player eternally speaking. I'd enjoy one who cares for the home life and that is as comfortable at home as they are on the road, discovering. Someone to team up with while facing and discovering the world together.
Yes, I like to cuddle and kiss.
I am passionate about many things in life, especially the Gospel.
I love music, many types, oldies, soft rock, country, new age, classical, American Indian even foreign music such as German (older usually) and French. I do not like Jazz, Hip Hop, Rap, Blue Grass, Punk, Hard Rock or Blues.
But I adore Sarah Brightman (saw her twice), John Denver (saw him twice) and Cirque du Soleil.
I also like keeping up with politics. *(NICE midterms)!
I also like computers and computer stuff. I used to work for IBM and Creative Labs (Sound Blaster people). I digitize pictures, slides, videos, and music to a digital format. I do computer tech support especially for friends and I build and fix computers and I have my own web site that I created.
I also love fishing, shooting, taking pictures, rock hounding and 1 to 2 day road trips.
My Christmas lights are up and ready to go, can't wait!
I love Gospel discussions, especially the deepest kind.
I work out with weights and my home gym 4-5 times a week and thoroughly enjoy it.
I'm a disabled Viet Nam Veteran and thus don't get around quite as much as I used to or would like to but I do get around and enjoy this world.
I've been to Viet Nam (beautiful place), Australia (special place), spent 3 years in Germany (again a special place). I totally love the beauty of the US and discovering it.
I grew up in Northern California (Bay Area) and really miss the Ocean, Redwoods, Sausalito, Monterey , Big Basin, Santa Cruz, Carmel by the Sea, Tahoe, Highway 1, Pebble Beach, Pacifica, Stinson Beach and the fishing, the list goes on and on.
I've been in Major Earthquakes, a Tornado, a Typhoon, major fires and floods and explosions, I've been in riots, two in California and one in Germany, Terrorist acts and a war. Our Lord has pulled me from the frying pan many times.
