Howdy, I'm Garrett. I was divorced in 2012 after three years of marriage. I thought I had a happy marriage until my ex-wife told me she never loved me and should never have married me in the first place. We had never had any major issues or arguments, which as I look back, should have been a clue about her honesty in a relationship. I asked her to re-consider, to consider counseling, to figure it out, but she quite simply wanted out.
I believe in being honest and bold. As you can tell from the above statement. I only hope for the same honesty in return. I have been hurt from that experience but realize I have a lot of love to offer and am excited to find my new best friend.
I like to go on adventures and travel. I am a hard worker and like to play hard. I love being outside either hiking, mountain biking, golfing, or going on random road trips. I love sports and played basketball in high school. Being spontaneous is something I am known for.
I graduated from the University of Utah in Business Finance.
I would say that I am laid back and look for the best in every situation and person. As per dating and relationships, I believe I am very traditional and courteous while being spontaneous, funny, goofy, and passionate about goals and the future.
I'm in the elders quorum presidency in my ward and enjoy the calling because it allows me to visit and serve. I teach elders quorum once a month and love any chance I have to teach and bear testimony. I'm grateful for the gospel in my life and have an incredible family.
