Hi there....been in the Warren/Madison Heights area for approx. 16 months. Moved to the area from Kalamazoo/Paw Paw area. I'm a convert since 2010...

I'm looking for someone who is kind, generous, nice, gentle, manly, adventurous. Someone that believes in happiness and the simple things in life.

I'm been extremely blessed these past couple of years and grateful that I have the gospel in my life again. I have enjoyed a few callings since my baptism: RS 2nd Counselor, FHE Singles Coordinator for the 30+ older (ok, mature singles) and a RS teacher in my new ward. (Warren)

I have found myself stuck in the rut of working 2 jobs and getting caught up with house chores instead of getting out and exploring the metro area. Is there anyone out there that likes going to movies, eating out, going to craft shows (love finding new pottery pieces to add to my collection), or just going somewhere and shooting some pool? If so, I'm game!

I'm more the one-on-one type of gal. I'm a country girl at heart, but love little old fashioned towns. They have so much "character" and the best shops! I love being outdoors working in the yard (from spring to fall...my nails will NOT be perfect!) Love playing in the dirt. Landscaping, fixing/building something or being in the garden is exilerating for me. I enjoy being on water, attending weekend events, LOVE camping, skiing (even though I haven't done that for a couple years), and the best is those very spontaneous road trips to anywhere! Another favorite is cooking...being in the kitchen and throwing a dish together is very peaceful to me. (My sister swears I missed my calling!) I look forward to getting my herbs/vegies and flower garden started.

Lets see, I am a mom to a beautiful daughter, she is grown and on her own. I love animals...I just lost my shadow last November. Buddha was my dog for 17 years. Just not ready to dive into pethood again. But, my daughter and I have a passion for collecting Rhinos. (actually I give and she is the recipient)
