Fall is my favorite time of year! I just love seeing the vivid colors appear in the mountains. I love biking or hiking and getting as much outside time in before the ski season.

Another fun thing about fall is the start of school. I am a sixth grade teacher and fall always reminds me of fresh paper, sharpened pencils, and new friends to meet and teach. I feel I make a positive difference in my student’s lives.

I enjoy learning myself. I enjoy reading- fiction and nonfiction. I love playing the piano, composing, and have just picked up the guitar. I have so much fun traveling. This last summer I have put on thousands of miles as I have gone on road trips with friends and family to California, Oregon, Washington, Canada, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada. I have traveled to Europe before and have lived in China and Taiwan. “I cannot rest from travels, I will drink life to the lees.”

I love life and feel so blessed each day. I am naturally optimistic and happy. I enjoy serving others and making new friends.

Talking with and visiting family members are an important part of my life.

I am loyal, responsible, and dependable.
