Hello there, everyone!
I've lived all over the U.S., including Utah, North and South Dakota, Virginia, and southern California (mission). Though I took about a 13 year hiatus, I find myself finally back in the mountains that I love. I've got an easy-going personality, and love to laugh at just about anything. I earned my degree at BYU, and am work for a non-profit organization that helps at-risk kids. I can enjoy reading a good book at home, as much as I enjoy the outdoors, and am always open to experience new adventures. Doing more world traveling is always a goal of mine. Now that I am living in an area where I can be more active, hiking and camping are on my free time list. (Snow shoeing, if it's during the winter. Love downhill skiing, but hate cross country skiing.)
I'm looking for someone that is up to trying new things with me, and that loves to serve others and just experience life. I'd like someone that serves others and represents their beliefs on a daily basis. With that being said, I respect and admire those that have had their struggles in the church, but still make it a priority.
As of December 2014, I'm looking at going to graduate school, preferably at Utah State in the Master's of Human Resources' program, but am still keeping my options open for other places. As such, I'd like to meet new friends, preferably in the Utah/northern Utah area, so that I can at least have some cool peeps to hang out with when I get to Logan for school. If it turns into a serious relationship, great. If not, also great--we all need more friends!
