I'm generally an easy going guy who enjoys most things. Regretfully, I've recently become divorced, and am looking to find new friends, and put my life back together. At some point, I hope to get married again, and learn from the past to make a better life with someone, but for now as I said, I'm just looking to meet people, and see where life goes.
I love games, just about any kind (except social/head). There are only a few computer games I play much of, but love a good strategy game like Settler's Of Catan, Risk, Stratego or Die Magier von Pangea, a good old card game like Hand and Foot, 9 Card Down or even Go Fish, or sports/yard games like Volleyball (I'm usually the best player on the other team :P) Bocce or the likes. I'm not really a console gamer, but own a Wii, and have all sorts of group/party games for it, Rock Band/Guitar Hero being some of my favorites there! They're a great way to interact, relax, and just enjoy some company.
I'm a pretty good handyman, love to fix things, almost everything except plumbing.. I hate working on plumbing :D I love to go camping, although working evening/graves tends to prevent that from happening as often as I'd like. I enjoy fishing more as a chance to hang out with friends than anything, but being able to catch the meal is pretty sweet too! Well, savory anyway.. ;)
I just bought a house and moved to Garland, I'm super excited to be able to finally have land, and start growing my own fruits and vegetables, as well as get me a beehive established!
There's a whole lot more, but if I listed it all here there would be two problems with that: 1) this would be just a wee bit longer than 2500 characters; and 2) then there wouldn't really be much to talk about now would there?
There is however 1 more thing that I feel inclined to include here. I want to be up front about this, that I am currently working on being re-baptized, which has been a long process, and too long in the coming to be honest. But it is part of who I am, and while I realize that may be an issue preventing some people from getting to know me, if you're ok with somebody having a past and trying to learn and grow, then let's talk!
