I am a bit of a wild card. A homebody by nature, but a bit of a social butterfly once I get to know people, but it takes me a bit to warm up and I didn't really think the Internet would really play a role in my social development, but here I am...
A little bit about me, I am the only daughter and the youngest in my family. I grew up on a farm or surrounded with farms and loved it! I recently bought a home in town, and that has been a test of my private limits. Kind of overwhelming having houses on all sides and people always walking by, but we are adjusting. By "we" I mean my daughter and myself, she is the most fabulous little person I know. She is hilarious, kind, gentle, and tries so hard to be good. She is one of a kind and the greatest blessing in my life.
I teach family consumer science at a local alternative school. It's interesting and actually really rewarding. I have learned to care for the kiddos (even the ones that try my patience) and have learned a lot from their experiences.
On a more personal note, like everyone else, I am unique but a major homebody. Total Cancer, right here. I enjoy cooking, working on house projects, crafting things, and hopefully I will take to gardening this Spring. One of my ultimate dreams would be to open my own bakery, but I am able to substitute that urge with my current career. My family is a huge part of my life, they have always been very important and we spend a lot of time together, especially around the holidays and family reunions. I will always be grateful to my grandparents who made family a priority and instilled that in their children. It has made a huge difference in my life and priorities. Life is pretty awesome these days.
I know what I am looking for in gentlemen who are interested in that direction, but I also am certain on what I am not looking for as well. Experience has taught me some fabulous lessons.
There is so much to say really, if you are curious to learn more, send me a note. I am always curious to meet more people and learn about them.
