Long Beach kid. Spend 20 years in north San Diego county. Came to the AZ in FEB2012 - best teaching position I've ever had.
That's me (see photo above) in Sedona - Labor Day 2013 - on the bridge across the street from Tlaquepaque, with beautiful Oak Creek behind me.
Get this, (including you non-AZ'ns) - I will relocate for the right situation. My highest priority in life is finding - and marrying - YOU. Right now my work has determined my locus. But I can teach Maths ANYWHERE (AZ Teacher of the Year Nominee, APR2013), so PLEASE do not bypass me because I live/teach in Bagdad right now. Yes, I am contracted until 23May2014, but I have a car, and - if it be right - I will come to you to cultivate a loving eternal relationship. I have lots of time off - fully 4 more weeks between now and May - all of which can be spent with you (not to mention summers and weekends - every Friday at Bagdad HS is a half-day!). Besides, we're not getting married tomorrow. And you might just like this great place as much as I do!

"What if the only things I woke up with this morning were the things I thanked God for last night?
Here's the essence of what I hope to find in a relationship:
I want to enjoy the process of getting to know you and become true friends first, ultimately growing truly, madly, deeply in love - without having to date forever to "get there." Know what I mean?
As it is with me, I want someone whose spouse is her greatest joy - because our children grow and go - a woman who thrives on life, works with enthusiasm, and then loves having a good time; who is filled with integrity, has an appreciative and giving heart, who loves building and growing our relationship, who loves planning and doing things together (both family activities and "two-some" stuff), and who is always there to love and support the other (er, me!). ;-)
I want open communication, unfailing honesty, loyalty, devotion and faithfulness, to learn together, talk about spiritual things together, DO spiritual things together, create new experiences together, and most of all have fun & laugh together. And, if you have children still at home, they will become as important to me as they are to you.
I have been searching for you for so long - I know you are going to read this eventually, and I hope you recognize me (and my description of you) when you do.
