I recently began my first teaching job, teaching middle school students who are intellectually disabled (MR). It is both a challenge and a blessing. They are a joy to work with, and they will teach me far more than I will ever teach them.
My interests are cliché: movies, books, music, long walks on the beach in the moon light, etc. But I also enjoy museums, learning new things (insert "nerd-sneeze" here), camping, road trips, big noisy families, and rugby.
