My name is Caleb, I am a man; But despite this I'm really quite thoughtful and kind, and incredibly genuine :) I don't get manicures, I don't mind being cut bruised or dirty, but I do admit to having a weakness of occasionally going to get a massage.

I Love anything fun, and grew up learning to make whatever I do fun... so basically I love everything! I also pride myself on being a renaissance man- I am incredibly varied and unpredictable in what I enjoy doing and what I know. Everyone on here says that so I'll give you some examples:

I restore old cars (latest was a 1974 Datsun 260z, also a 1948 willy's jeep which I love to take off-road) I'm always looking for that next car that just needs a little TLC to be amazing. Maybe that's because I pride myself on seeing beauty that is "off the beaten path"

I decided to learn how to knit a while ago (although to be honest I've only really done scarves).

I do triathlons, I've never gotten first, and I really do like winning... maybe that's why I keep trying.

Although I hate admitting to this I am a fairly handy plumber. I try to keep this on the down-low so I'm not getting asked to do everyone's plumbing (maybe that makes me a horrible person)

I also make a mean chicken gnocchi soup, and enjoy learning new recipes as long as I'm cooking for/with someone else.

I enjoy singing even though I wouldn't say I'm extraordinarily talented at it.

About 2 years ago I decided I should learn to ride a horse (I figure a horse would make a great vehicle during an apocalyptic event :) and after 2 years of lessons I'd say I'm a decent rider.

I've traveled to: Hawaii, Jamaica, Madagascar, Bahamas, Mexico, Canada (i don't know if that counts...), and dream of someday sailing around the world on my very own sail boat!

I LOVE reading! Mostly fantasy, and occasionally sci-fi, but I'll also read a drama, and pretty much anything with a diverting story-line and dynamic characters.

My favorite sport is Paintball and I get pretty into it. I'm either the hero of the team or the first one out- I play all or nothing style. I play all my sports that way: baseball (if there is even a slight chance I can make a catch by laying out I'm in the grass), volleyball, soccer, swimming, tennis, basically anything with a winner and a loser.

I did a NASA study where I had to lay down for 3 months straight.

Ever since I was a little kid I've enjoyed a good game of chess, and recently have learned to enjoy GO (Japanese strategy game).

I like to learn new things and feel like it makes me better when I do.

I am easy going and pretty easy to get along with, but I also have a strong personality and am looking for an equal. I can have fun with anyone, but I could only love someone who I thought of as a co-conspirator, not as a sidekick.

I am often frustrated with what I've come to call "yes girls". Girls who think that men want a girl who agrees with whatever they think and follows them around like a puppy, so they suppress their personalities and become submissive. I suppose there are some men who want that, but not this guy!
