I am a retired registered dietitian/nutritionist that tries to maintain my credentials current by attending continuing education programs. While in Utah I worked with the Migrant Program in Salt Lake City and later at The American Fork Training School followed by being Director of the Medical Dietetics Program at BYU while its director was away on sabbatical. I have lived in the following areas:Chicago,Illinois; Bozeman, Montana; Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Orem,Utah; East Burke,Vermont; Shelburne,Vermont; and Jericho, Vermont.
I have visited most of the USA with the exception of Alaska,Hawaii,Oregon and the state of Washington as well as some of the Canadian provinces.
The church is very important for me and I have been to about 10 of the Temples and being on the dedication of 5 of them. Family relationships are primordial in my life in conjunction with the church. I have 2 adult daughters, one in St. George, Utah married with 4 children that bring me much joy particularly when we go camping; and the other one here in Vermont with a boyfriend and her own business. Although I am 73 most people think I am in my late 50's. My parents were an exemplary marriage for me as they celebrated their 72 anniversary before my father pass on. My mother followed two years and 3 months later. I certainly missed them as we did a lot of traveling together.
