I've got a good story, takes about two minutes. Might make you smile, might make you sad, but if you get the beauty of the story, it should make you glad.

Once upon a time, there was this brother named Murf. He was shy, he was bright, he was smart, and of decent height. He was kind, he was sure, he was fun, he was loving, and life passed like a blur. He loved to serve, loved to work, loved to help, even loved peoples quirks.

At BYU, he married a gal, and from Heaven, five little ones he brought into this life, he loved them, he played with them, amidst great strife.

For love her he did, though thick and thin, but challenges she had, deep within. One day he found to his dispair, his marriage ended, beyond repair. His heart broken, and ripped in two. For with what she had done, there was but little to do. Mend it did, with time and care, for anything can get better, with the Savior there. His love so warm, His heart so kind, through the hardest things, He does lead even the blind. This story has not ended, for much there is to say, for out of tragedy and gloom, comes more fertile ground for the flowers to bloom. So when the sky looks black, and the clouds so grey, remember that with humility and love, life can get better each day.

So, enough about my friend ;) and something about me. ;)

I like sports, poetry, and long walks on the beach. Sounds cliche,right? No beach close, what guy likes poetry (ok, above may give it away), and the sports is an easy one. Tell you what, if we hit it off well, hit me up for a poem and you can be the judge. If you are cute, witty, or a lot of fun, you just may get one. ;)

I love learning, business, and reading. I love action movies, like watching football now and then (probably catch 3 games a year), love to play soccer with friends at the park, love hiking and being outside. Recently found trampoline dodgeball and love it!

I love humor. Who doesn't love to laugh?

I am not sure what to expect with online dating, but am open. I prefer meeting people in person. Pictures never seem to carry tall, dark, and handsome for me, because my hair just isn't dark enough ;). I meet some great people through my work, but most of them are not LDS.

You will find that I am fun, funny, and if you are fun as well, there is strong possibility I will get you laughing so hard your stomach will hurt.

I work out two to four times a week to take care of myself.

I would love to find someone fun, funny, caring, and compassionate. Someone who would have fun laying back on a blanket on a beautiful afternoon and imagine the shapes in the clouds. Someone who supports me as I go out to conquer the world (well atleast the Metro Phoenix area). Someone with a testimony, faith, and charity. Someone who takes care of themself as well. Wish I could say that part wasn't important, as we know that the true beauty is on the inside. it also seems that as we take care of ourselves outside it makes us feel better inside.

So you know, it is ok if you have children, as you can tell I do too. This may be a little much to address with you when we havent met, but so you would know upfront in case it makes a difference. If I met the right person who was young and wanted children, I would be open to bringing more children to this world and I am sure you will understand that my youngest is three, and though they dont live with me, I do feel significant responsibility to be their father in every way I can and would need a few years to help my little ones as they grow before bringing more little ones to this earth. My children do live with their mom in California close to her family and I see them often. They are an imporant part of my life and living apart like this has been like getting used to missing a piece of you. If you are feeling your clock ticking and dont yet have children and are looking for a great man who can help you bring them here right away, i am sure you understand that I don't fit that scenario. Not right now. but I am sure there are lots of great men who do.
