 I had prayer with our Heavenly Father when I signed back up and said I was not going to search for a match, that I trusted Heavenly Father to send the match for me to me. This is exactly what happened: I gave up and let Heavenly Father send me the match he chose for me. Shelbyville (Siddhartha) had seen my profile and sent me a message. I received the email alert the next day and replied. After speaking through the site with Sid, we exchanged phone numbers and it became clear that we were both interested in seeing if we were compatible. Due to my occupation as a truck driver, we talked and emailed to get to know each other. This allowed us both to pray and be guided by the spirit.
After about two weeks of talking, we met in person. He drove to Cincinnati, Ohio to meet me at an Indian restaurant. I had already prayed and so had Sid. I knew the moment I laid eyes on him that he was a blessing the Lord wanted me to have.
We are very happy with each other and are looking forward to spending much more time together. We have decided to work towards marriage. With Heavenly Father in charge, blessings and miracle's do happen.

 Richard was the actually the first profile I looked at when I signed up for LDS singles, his profile was so funny and he seemed like he would be a lot of fun to get to know, so I sent him just a little smile. He "winked" back, and we began to write. After three months of writing, we met and went out on a fantastic first date. It took three years, a lot of other dating experiences, and some relocating for us to figure out that we really were perfect for each other. We became friends through this site and luckily it became so much more!

It has been a wonderful experience joining LDS Singles and finding the most perfect woman in the world. The process has been a miracle for us, every step of the way. We had first contact on January 15, 2010 and were married on April 3, 2010 between general conference sessions. With messaging on LDSSingles, e-mail, and skype we had a wonderful dating process. After driving down to meet Anna on the week of Valentines day, it was a done deal. We are so happy and even though we have to be apart for a while to get all the paper work done we are ready to spend our eternities together deeply in love.

I am grateful to have met Guy here at LDSsingles. After lots of skyping with Guy, his bishop and his children, visiting Guy in Canada and Guy visiting me in the US, we married in Canada in April. Now I'm here in Canada and loving it! To all of you who are fearful about change, my advice is to stay close to our Heavenly Father, stay sensitive to the Holy Ghost, reason it out in your mind to the best of your ability and then leap with your heart wide open--no fear.

It has been 6 months now since the first click was made on LDS Singles. Anna and I have been married now for three months. I can't help but be grateful for the chance that I took signing up and meeting the most wonderful woman in the world. We are so happy and have not only discovered that we love each other so very much, but have discovered that we are best friends as
well. There is no doubt that the world is a smaller place now and that great opportunities are available to find our perfect someone.
Anna lived in Elko, Nevada and I live in Alberta, Canada. We were married on April 3rd between general conference session. We had one wonderful week together before Anna had to go back to Elko and finish her teaching contract. On June 2nd, 2010 I drove a moving truck down to Nevada to move
her to Canada and she is loving it here now. Anna is completing a Masters degree in Spanish so we have to suffer being apart for seven weeks of the next two summers, but it is important that we complete our goals as we also include each other in our lives. Love abounds in our lives now and each day is a good day for us.

 This is a fairy tale story that came true...
Honestly I was only looking for friends after my 17 years of marriage ended. I met my now wife on New Years Eve and hit it off right away. We chatted for nearly 2 weeks straight until I got the nerve to ask if I could call her. She gave me her phone number during the chat ... which I promptly lost! I found her number and called her the next day. We began connecting very deeply in areas of emotional, verbal and spiritual. About 1 month later, I met her face to face and by the next month, we were engaged and married 3 weeks later.

 I met my fiance online here, we started out as flirts of course then went on to messaging. Within a week we were talking on the phone. He knew right off that we were going to get married. Lol! It just took a little bit of convincing for me. He is in the military and the first chance he got to leave for a mini vacation he came to see me, and proposed outside under the stars. We are getting married in March of this year and we couldn't be happier!
