Success Stories: 2005
Dear LDS Singles,
I was only a member of your online dating site for one month. I had tried internet dating before with no success. I felt inspired to try again after feeling pricked by the spirit in a priesthood lesson about the importance of dating. I am still amazed at how wonderful your service worked. Before I could finish completing a profile or post a photo, a beautiful woman my age invited me to chat. Upon spending two weeks with her, I knew she was the one for me. We were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple October 8, 2004.
This was the best $11 I've ever spent in my life. How do you guys make any money? I am proud to say that I found my ten cow wife at ldssingles.com.
I met my wife Cyndie on LdsSingles.com 3 days after I joined. We were married in the Salt Lake Temple on Dec 18, 2004.
Thank you! I met my special someone through your site! Jeffs2007 and me (StefW) will be getting married here in the next couple of months. Although we do not have an official date yet. Thank you, I love him so much and could not be happier.
Cherine and I were married on December 21, 2004 in Salt Lake City, Utah. We first met online in late April. I was living in Salt Lake City and she was living in Coeur d?Alene, Idaho. She has six children as do I. Cherine has now moved to Salt Lake where we are making our home together.
I was very reluctant at first to register with LDS singles but I did and floated around for a while. I was looking through the profiles and discovered someone who had some interests similar to my own. We began to correspond via the LDS Singles site, then moved to personal emails. After some time we went to phone conversations and with me in New Zealand and her in the USA was getting costly. We spent Christmas together here in New Zealand, and atfter spending time in the temple felt we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together and will be married in July this year in the US.
Without LDS singles and the trust we developed in each other over the near six months before we met, the joy and happiness I now feel would still be missing from my life.
