Eric and I just celebrated our 6-month anniversary. We were married in the
Salt Lake Temple on March 1. We met on www.ldssingles.com last spring
('02). I emailed him first. I have a very helpful mom and 4 curious
sisters who would look through the site, reading profiles and helping
"choose" members to correspond with. Eric was one of them. So I sent a
message to him first. The first time we talked on the phone, he asked me
out. We went on our first date in July of 2002 and were engaged in November
of 2002. He has twin 8-year-old boys and I have a 3-year-old daughter. We
make a cute family! He is the best husband EVER and I am so lucky that I
listened to family members who encouraged me to join www.ldssingles.com. It
was the only way for a divorced, single mother like me to develop a social
life. It was my chance to meet people with similar interests, values and
goals.
